Vocational Training Centre

Thanks to many years of experience in obtaining the European funds, all the course attendants have the possibility to attend courses financed from the European funds. Our professional attitude has been confirmed by participation in the polish-wide project aimed at improvement of qualifications by financing the trainings. Within the frameworks of this project the workers from two plants had been trained – Zakład Wyrobów Metalowych in Sławków and Zakłady Gumowe in Bytom. Totally, 123 people on 7 different courses had been trained in terms of this project.

The list of our key customers is vast, and starts with ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. – the biggest producer of steel in Poland belonging to the biggest steel group in the world, Huta Bankowa Sp. z o.o. – the only manufacturer of bulb bars for shipyards in Poland, and Koksownia „Przyjaźń”.

For many years we have been training operators of machine tools. The course attendants, after many hours of trainings and practices in our Production and Repairs Plant, can easily find employment either in Poland or abroad. We are continuously looking in the future; hence there is a plan to develop the Vocational Training Centre and to purchase a new machine tool for further and better training. We are about to extend our offer with the course “Programmer of CNC machine tools”.
